Women’s wellbeing

Some experiences are unique to women. Among the most obvious examples are pregnancy, giving birth, and menopause. These life experiences can present a large number of challenges for women, and often we have little support or feel unable to talk freely about these difficulties.

Both personally and professionally I understand how difficult some of these experiences can be. My own difficult journey to becoming a mum opened a lot of conversations with other women who were struggling, and I was humbled by just how many women I knew were struggling quietly on their own. Likewise in my work I’ve seen many women describing the same challenges yet feeling alone in their experiences.

I am passionate about creating a safe space where women can discuss the challenges they face and the complexity of those challenges, and be met with non-judgmental support and help to not only get through these tough phases, but to grow and come out stronger.
